Hi.
I'm Pip, a contemporary artist based in East London. Through acrylic and oil stick, I create expressive figurative paintings that explore the quiet moments between people and the places they occupy. Characterised by simplified forms, layered colour and tactile surfaces, my work is influenced by Henri Matisse, Milton Avery and Joan Brown.

My most recent collection, shown at the lido. One new painting is currently up for sale, and the rest sold via online auction — 50% of proceeds were donated to Hackney Foodbank.
